Three decisions to make before an inquiry
- Dates and event format. Note your preferred dates, an alternative if possible, and whether you need one venue day or separate gatherings.
- Event guests and overnight guests. Estimate both counts. Point Preserve has 24 apartments available on site; venue access and apartment reservations are arranged separately.
- Your venue budget and full event budget. Standard venue rental starts at $5,000 Monday–Thursday or $7,500 Friday–Sunday. Review inclusions and add-ons before comparing a full event budget.
